Perched above Kerasia Beach, a beautiful villa in a desirable location. From its elevated position, the house enjoys views across the olive groves to the sea below and feels pleasantly secluded. It’s just a short down the slope to the gorgeous pebble beach with its crystal clear waters. There’s a great taverna here, specialising in traditional local dishes, and there is a little wooden jetty in front, right on the beach, that guests have access to. There’s plenty to explore nearby on foot, by car or by boat.
Cool bluey-greys and soft creams keep interiors fresh and inviting. The furnishings are modern and clean-lined. There’s an airy, open-plan dining and sitting room with two pairs of doors opening to the terrace and a fitted kitchen at one end. The three bedrooms all have double beds, made up with crisp white bed linen, and en-suite modern shower rooms. Two have sea views, and the third looks out over the garden. The master suite also has a dressing room and private balcony.
A sea-facing veranda shades the outdoor dining table and chairs. Steps lead down to a terrace built into the hillside and framed by olive trees, with an outside lounge and cushioned sun beds. There are further places to sit and escape the midday sun, such as a newly installed plunge pool, a swimming pool, and a barbecue.
